Chronically Ill In The Cold

So here it is my first proper post....

I thought I would do it on something which really has been having an affect on me lately and that's the weather, a very British thing to talk about I find, as we all know the British weather can be very temperamental. well I find with my multiple health conditions being M.E & Fibromyalgia, that it really can make me feel pants one day and super hyper the next. My joints are stiffer and sorer in the colder weather, which is funny, not haha funny but in a metaphorical sense that I love winter, snow and all things cold but my body seems to hate it...... is anyone else the same or just me?

I feel like a 90 year old trapped in a youngsters body some days.

Guess that's the perks of being chronically ill in the cold.....

Please keep warm and cosy this winter, and snuggle up...

Although I'm starting to wonder if I should just hibernate under my duvet until spring :P
